Frequently asked questions
What's included in the setup fee?+
Setup covers your FuelFWD environment, scheme configuration, user setup, and onboarding sessions with our team. Historic data migration, custom integrations, and pre-audit support are scoped separately as Implementation Services.
Can I switch between plans?+
Upgrades can be done at any time and take effect immediately. Downgrades are not standard and are reviewed individually.
What happens if I exceed my monthly PoS extraction limit?+
You stay live. Overages are billed at the next tier rate and flagged in your monthly invoice. If you regularly hit the limit, we’ll suggest moving to the next plan.
Is there a minimum contract duration?+
Annual contracts by default. Customers who sign under Launch Pricing get a 3-month opt-out window from go-live.
How does Launch Pricing work, and what happens after 31 December 2026?+
Sign a contract before 31 December 2026 and you get 50% off the setup fee plus 50% off your monthly fee for the first 3 months. After that date, standard pricing applies. Customers already on Launch Pricing keep their terms for the full duration of their contract.
